My daughter has been walking for the last 2 months but I am concerned that she is going over on her left foot. Where do I need to take her to rectify this?

A Thank you for contacting healthvisitors.com regarding your daughter’s walking.
Some children do take a few months to maintain a steady gait when walking, you could try encouraging her to walk barefooted as much as possible when you are at home and ensure you have her feet measured every 8 weeks for good shoe fitting.

The best person to look at your daughter’s feet is a paediatric podiatrist, most clinics and health centres have a podiatrist based there. Your health visitor can refer so it might be worth you popping into your local clinic and having a word with your health visitor.
