My daughter is nearly 4 years old and her speech is very unclear. She cannot pronounce C,G & T; they all come out D. Does she need to see a speech therapist?

A Your daughter is showing speech immaturities that are normal for younger children. These immaturities should have disappeared by now. I would advise you to consult your health visitor who will assess your child’s speech and refer her to a speech therapist.
