My baby is sleeping through the night and has four feeds a day, he has 9oz at every feed do I use 2 bottles?

A From your email I understand that your baby has four 9 oz feeds a day and had started sleeping through the night. This is great it means that your baby is satisfied, has enough to eat and has learned to sleep all night.
Your baby is a good weight at 14 lbs 2 ozs, is having 36 ozs in feeds over twenty-four hours, which is adequate for his needs.
The formula to calculate how much your baby needs is as follows:
2 1/2 fluid ozs per lb body weight over 24 hours
This means that your baby’s total intake over 24 hours is 36 ozs, which is exactly what your baby needs. Continue to feed your baby four 9oz feeds during the day and rejoice that you all get a good nights’ sleep.
