My baby is four months old and she is able to stand on my lap but my mother says that she will end up with bowlegs because it is too early for her to stand. What can I do to stop her?

A Standing will not make her bowlegged. Your baby’s development has reached the stage where she is ready to stand aided. Many babies reach this stage much later so rejoice; she is ahead of her peers and having fun exploring her new skills. Reward her efforts with lots of smiles, cuddles and praise.
