Creative Play
Developing the senses - Hide and Seek

child 0-5 years running in creative activity

Many of us as children have played HIDE & SEEK and enjoyed it
very much.

It is a great game for developing auditory sense as well as agility.

When playing the game with younger children we need to play it slightly differently in order to increase the child’s sensory
awareness and in particular their auditory senses

When playing the game with younger children it is good to give the child some auditory clues to find where you are hiding.

The best way to start this is to make some quiet noises from your hiding place.

Just for today step over the laundry and play a game of HIDE & SEEK with your child and enjoy yourselves together.
